The hotel rooms were quite disappointing as they were smelly, dirty, and not soundproof; however, the service was helpful. The location was convenient with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was below expectations, and the facilities need improvement.
The hotel is not very bad and the guy who helped me with check-in was friendly, but the room had a strong tobacco smell even though they provided a mask with chemicals to mask it. The location is fine, close to the center, but there is a demolition site right in front of the building.
Upon arrival, we were taken to a stinking and humid room before being repositioned to an old tobacco-smelling room. The cheaper twin room we were given was not ideal for a romantic getaway. Despite efforts to mask the tobacco smell, the experience was unpleasant.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and spacious; however, some noise from outside could be heard. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions, but there was a demolition site nearby. The dining experience was average, and the facilities need some upgrades.
